Bill Starnes

 

Bill Starnes is the curriculum designer, faculty coordinator and a presenter for leadership development programs around the world, including the upcoming 2023 NALA leadership development program. Bill joined the Society of International Business Fellows in 1998 and has served in the past as its chairman of the board and currently serves on the executive committee as the VP of Global Network Innovation. Since 2002, he has been involved in over 40 leadership development programs for SIBF in Central Eurasia, the Middle East, and South/Southeast Asia as well as in the US, impacting the careers and lives of over 1000 leaders from 46+ countries. As an experienced consultant, trainer, and coach, he is a Certified Reinvention Practitioner and licensed to offer the MBTI® and EQ-i2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessments.

 

Prior to joining SIBF, he was involved in international real estate with the Trammell Crow organization, becoming Co-Managing Partner of Trammell Crow International in 1997. During his 16 years with them, he traveled extensively in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Prior to that, he began his career in academics, teaching economics at Williams College and Rice University. After leaving academia, he spent three years in general management for a small, family-owned wholesale distribution company before joining Trammell Crow.
