As Managing Partner at BR⁴ Quaestum Capital, Juan Carlos Aguirre leads the firm’s strategic direction and capital initiatives, advancing its investment platform across the U.S. and Mexico. After successfully exiting his family’s broadcasting business in Mexico, he established his family office and expanded into affordable and residential real estate. Today, he partners with top-tier sponsors, strategically allocating capital alongside high-performing operators in different industries.

With more than 16 years of experience spanning banking, telecommunications, and real estate, Juan Carlos brings a global investment perspective and a proven ability to build lasting partnerships and create value for investors.

 

A dual citizen who spent most of his early life in Mexico, Juan Carlos bridges international investor mindsets, balancing cultural fluency, regulatory confidence and a focus on transparency and long-term relationships. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA in Finance and Management from Tulane University.

Based in Mexico City with his wife, Andrea, Juan Carlos enjoys family time, golf, padel tennis, and connecting impact-driven leaders. A member of the Society of International Business Fellows since completing NALA25 and Chair for Mexico, he continues to expand his global network, collaborating with purpose-driven peers who lead with values and create positive impact. He currently serves on the NALA Leadership Team and as Mexico Chapter Chair.
