Sara Beth DeLisle

 

Sara Beth DeLisle joined the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) in 2018 after attending its leadership development program and has been heavily involved in SIBF leadership ever since.  In 2019, she served as a recruiter for the North American Leadership Alliance (NALA).  In 2020, she joined the SIBF Executive Committee and served as secretary.  Since 2021, Sara Beth has served as SIBF’s legal counsel.  Sara Beth is also currently serving as a recruiter for the NALA’s class of 2023.

Outside of SIBF, Sara Beth is a shareholder at the Carr Allison law firm in its Birmingham, AL office.  She is a trial attorney experienced in commercial and complex litigation and has litigated matters in areas of health care, products liability and transportation liability.  She is a member of Carr Allison’s accident response GO TEAM and has appeared in both state and federal courts.

Sara Beth earned her undergraduate degree with a major in political science and minor in French from Wake Forest University, where she attended on a Division I volleyball scholarship.  After graduating from Wake Forest, she worked in Washington, D.C. and then in Madrid, Spain.

​

Sara Beth has always been fascinated by international travel and other cultures.  Aside from spending time with her loved ones, Sara Beth spends her time engaged in international organizations and has served on the boards of The Birmingham International Center, the nation’s oldest cultural education organization, and the Birmingham Committee on Foreign Relations, the leading international study group in Alabama.
